StoryDoc redefines online business communications.
We created Storydoc out of frustration with the boring, formulaic, and, ultimately, ineffective ways complex business information is being presented across the web.
We are building an app that will change the way people are presenting content. Storydoc is an online platform that allows users to easily create stunning, interactive slide decks that increase engagement and conversion success.
We are constructing a 100% remote product team in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and customer needs.
Leadership: Be a strong leader, inspiring and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve product goals and deliver outstanding results.
Market Research & Data Analytics: Conduct thorough market research and leverage data analytics to identify customer pain points, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
User Experience: Advocate for best-in-class user experience by working with designers to create intuitive and compelling interfaces and workflows.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business value.
Performance Tracking & Analytics: Define key results (OKRs) to measure product success and use data-driven insights to drive the product metrics
Feature Development: Translate business needs and user feedback into actionable features and enhancements that drive product value.
Job requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product management, in a B2B, product-led growth SaaS environment.
Business acumen and solid understanding of B2B, sales & marketing
Design-oriented approach to user experience features
Solid background in data analytics, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage, inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Experience in translating business needs and user feedback into actionable product features.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
Passion for creating customer-centric products and a deep understanding of user experience design principles.
Nice to have
Experience with B2b product integrations or / and content editors will be a strong advantage
